SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN VRENT
Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku bagi seluruh pengguna aplikasi vrent dan layanan vrent. Dengan menyetujui halaman ini dan menggunakan layanan vrent, maka Pengguna telah secara legal memahami dan menyatakan setuju untuk terikat pada syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
1. Ketentuan Umum
Ketentuan Penggunaan ini adalah perjanjian antara Pengguna danPT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia. Pengguna mengerti dan setuju bahwa Ketentuan Penggunaan ini merupakan perjanjian dalam bentuk elektronik dan tindakan Anda menekan tombol ‘daftar’ saat pembukaan Akun atau tombol ‘masuk’ saat akan mengakses Akun Anda merupakan persetujuan aktif Anda untuk mengikatkan diri dalam perjanjian dengan PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia sehingga keberlakuan Ketentuan ini adalah sah dan mengikat secara hukum dan terus berlaku sepanjang penggunaan Aplikasi vrent dan Layanan vrent oleh pengguna.
2. Ketentuan penggunaan aplikasi vrent
Sebelum menggunakan Aplikasi vrent, Pengguna harus menyetujui Ketentuan Penggunaan ini dan mendaftarkan diri pengguna dengan memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia. Saat melakukan pendaftaran, PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia akan meminta pengguna untuk memberikan nama lengkap, alamat surat elektronik dan nomor telepon genggam pribadi pengguna.
- Akun pengguna hanya dapat digunakan oleh Pengguna dan tidak bisa dialihkan kepada orang lain dengan alasan apapun. PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia berhak menolak untuk memfasilitasi layanan jika PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia mengetahui atau mempunyai alasan yang cukup untuk menduga bahwa Pengguna telah mengalihkan atau membiarkan Akun Pengguna digunakan oleh orang lain.
- Dapat terjadi gangguan jaringan pada saat penggunaan aplikasi yang bukan merupakan tanggung jawab dari PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia.
- Informasi pribadi seperti nama dan nomor kontak dikumpulkan dengan tujuan verifikasi data pengguna.
- Pengunduhan perangkat lunak dan penggunaan Aplikasi vrent adalah bebas biaya.
- Aplikasi vrent dan Layanan vrent, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, nama, logo, kode program, desain, merek dagang, teknologi, basis data, proses dan model bisnis, dilindungi oleh hak cipta, merek, paten dan hak kekayaan intelektual lainnya yang tersedia berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia yang terdaftar baik atas nama Kami ataupun afiliasi Kami.
3. Ketentuan penggunaan Layanan vrent
- Pengguna wajib menjaga keamanan dan kondisi motor. Pengguna bertanggung jawab atas motor pada saat penyewaan.
- Pengguna wajib mematuhi peraturan jalan raya.
- Pengguna wajib menggunakan helm selama berkendara.
- Skema harga layanan dan tarif dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu sesuai dengan kebijakan harga yang ditetapkan oleh PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia.
- Dalam hal gangguan atau kecelakaan pada saat persewaan, pengguna bertanggung jawab atas keamanan dan keaadaan pengguna sendiri beserta kendaraan yang sedang disewa.
- Pengguna wajib memberitahu pihak vrent bila terjadi gangguan atau kecelakaan yang terjadi pada saat persewaan. Permasalahan yang muncul ketika terjadi gangguan atau kecelakaan yang tidak diberitahukan bukan merupakan tanggung jawab dari PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia.
- PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia berhak untuk membatasi dan melakukan pemblokiran Layanan terhadap Pengguna yang diketahui menggunakan layanan PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia dengan indikasi itikad tidak baik.
- PT. Revolusi Kreatif Indonesia tidak bertanggung jawab atas penyalahgunaan layanan vrent dan kendaraan oleh penguna.
VRENT’s PRIVACY POLICY
INTRODUCTION
Vrent (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”).
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the application.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy.

Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate by registering in the Application. Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including renting, returning bike, as well as other interactions with the Application.
Financial Data
We do not store any financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Xendit and Midtrans, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Geo-Location Information
We request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services.
Mobile Device Access
We request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera to scan a QR Code to start a rent.
Mobile Device Data
Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
Push Notifications
We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
Third-Party Data
Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information.
Data From Contests, Giveaways, and Surveys
Personal and other information you may provide when entering contests or giveaways and/or responding to surveys.
